The Role
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and design-minded Office Manager to take ownership of Tundra’s headquarters, treating it as your home and ensuring it is a welcoming, functional, and inspiring space for both employees and clients. This role requires a keen eye for design and atmosphere, ensuring that every detail contributes to an inviting and productive environment.
- Office Environment & Maintenance: Manage all maintenance and facility relationships to keep the office running smoothly and looking its best. Ensure common areas—including the kitchen, boardroom, meeting rooms, and reception—are clean, organized, and inviting. Maintain kitchen and office supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and readily available.

- Mail & Deliveries: Receive, distribute, and manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Meeting & Travel Coordination: Order team meeting lunches, oversee petty cash, and book travel for all Associates while managing the travel portal.
- Regional Office Support: Work with regional leaders to manage inventory, access cards, keys, and maintenance across all office locations.
- Office Design & Setup: Support new office design and setup to create aesthetically pleasing and functional workspaces.
- Expense Management
- Employee Experience & Guest Relations: Lead and support associate events and wellness initiatives while ensuring a premium, white-glove experience for all office guests. Foster a welcoming and accessible environment by providing friendly and professional support to associates.
Who You Are

- 2-3 years’ experience in an office manager, project manager or executive assistant position
- You have exceptional organizational and time management skills and are highly detail-oriented
- You are tech savvy and have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office/O365 applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- You are a “thinker” who is curious, driven, passionate, and you question the norm to find the best solutions for Tundra.
- You are an independent worker who takes initiative and acts like an owner.
- You are self-motivated, results driven and maintain outstanding composure in the face of extraordinary challenge.
- You have the ability to learn and adopt to new business processes and best-practices rapidly
- You posses a post secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experience
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $50,000 – $55,000.
